Courtney (she/her) is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Eating Disorder Credentialed Clinician (EDC-C) with 10 years’ experience providing nutrition care for individuals experiencing complex physical and mental health conditions.

Courtney has additional training in:

  • Accessible nutrition

  • Body image concerns

  • Chronic health (MCAS, ME/CFS, POTS)

  • Selective eating including feeding therapy, fussy eating, paediatric feeding disorder and ARFID

  • Gastrointestinal challenges

  • Mental health (anxiety, depression)

  • Neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, OCD, BPD, trauma)

  • Women’s health (endometriosis, PCOS)

Courtney’s practice focuses on collaborative, person-centred care that supports realistic and accessible nutrition interventions, informed decision-making, self-advocacy, and improved quality of life.

She works within a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework and provides neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and weight-inclusive care. Courtney values intersectional, inclusive practice and welcomes working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients, and centres the importance of lived experience in all aspects of care.
